Why you keep falling off

You’ve been blaming the wrong thing

Hi my friends,
You’ve probably said this to yourself more than once. That you need more discipline. That you just need to push harder next time and stay consistent.

It sounds right in the moment. Especially after another reset.

🔥 The belief that keeps you stuck

You think the problem is your discipline. Or your motivation. That something is missing in you, and that’s why you can’t hold it.

So every time you start again, you try to fix that. You wait to feel ready, to feel focused, to feel like you can finally do it right.

🧩 What actually happens

But that feeling never stays. It shows up on good days, when everything feels clear, and disappears when things slow down.

And those slower days are where everything breaks. Not because you don’t care, but because what you relied on is gone.

🪶 The part you keep missing

You don’t fail on your best days. You fail on the normal ones. The days where nothing feels strong enough to carry you.

And when that happens, there is nothing simple to fall back on. Nothing clear to follow when your energy drops.

Final Message
There’s a different way to approach this.

Not by doing more, but by having something small you can return to every day.

Next time, I’ll show you what that actually looks like.

What part of this week’s letter spoke to you?
I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Until next time, keep growing 1% every day.
